While we create high-quality career documents to support your job search, we cannot guarantee job placements, as success depends on factors beyond our control.

2. Accuracy of Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information. Precision Point Resumes is not liable for outcomes resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading details supplied by the client.

3. Confidentiality and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All client data is handled securely and will not be shared without your explicit consent unless required by law.

4. Limitation of Liability

Precision Point Resumes and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, business opportunities, or data. We are not responsible for outcomes influenced by external factors such as market conditions, employer preferences, or client performance. Total Liability Clause: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service rendered.

5. Service Modifications and Revisions

Clients may request revisions within the scope of their package. Any additional revisions beyond this scope may incur extra fees. We reserve the right to modify services to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are not part of the Precision Point Guarantee. Refund requests will only be considered in rare cases of service deficiency and must be made within seven (7) days of final delivery.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials created by Precision Point Resumes remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a limited license to use the materials for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims eligible for small claims court.

9. Promotions and Discounts

• Only one discount may be applied per transaction.
• Referral discounts apply to future purchases only.
• Discounts cannot be redeemed for cash or applied retroactively.

10. Precision Point Guarantee - Terms and Conditions

1. Interviews in 45 Days or Less

• Clients must apply to at least 5 relevant job roles per week during the 45-day guarantee period.
• Proof of applications (e.g., job submission confirmations) must be provided upon request.
• If no interviews are secured within 45 days, one free resume revision will be provided.
• Monetary refunds will not be issued.

2. Unlimited Revisions for 30 Days

• Revisions apply within 30 calendar days of final delivery.
• Revisions are based on the original scope and do not include major career path changes.
• Requests beyond 30 days may incur additional fees.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate information for resume creation.
• Clients should engage in the revision process within the stated timeframe.

4. Exclusions and Limitations

• Guarantee is void if the client fails to apply for jobs or respond to recruiters.
• Fraudulent or misleading information voids the guarantee.
• The guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

11. Protection Against Abuse

• Requests outside the original service agreement may result in additional charges.
• All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
• Clients may not disclose proprietary materials without prior written consent.
• Excessive revision requests may result in suspension of services.

Precision Point Resumes operates as a fully digital service to ensure efficiency, accessibility, and seamless communication via secure email.

Precision Point Resumes does not guarantee specific job placements or career advancements. Success depends on various factors, including market conditions and client performance.
